DeBakey Department of General Surgery (2008 – 2009), as well as his residency in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery at Baylor College of Medicine (2009 – 2012). During his residency training, Dr. Liou received the Resident Teaching Award. Dr. Liou completed his undergraduate education, his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, at Northwestern University.
